We’re a D2C ecommerce brand looking for someone experienced in customer retention and messaging automation to help us design and implement lifecycle communication outside of email. Our email marketing is already set up and managed separately, so this role focuses on non-email, messaging-based lifecycle communication to complement our existing email flows. We’re intentionally open on tools and exact workflows — we’re looking for someone who can recommend the right approach, not just execute a predefined checklist.
