You’ll start from the current floor plan (I’ll share dimensions and photos) and develop a fresh space-planning concept that improves circulation, storage, and general functionality. I’m drawn to an eclectic mix of textures, colours, and statement pieces, so your proposal should balance creative flair with practical solutions for furniture placement, built-ins, lighting, and traffic flow. To keep us both on track, I’d like the following tangible deliverables: • Updated 2D layout with clearly marked zones, measurements, and furniture sizes • Visual mood board that captures the eclectic direction (colour palette, key materials, reference images) • Recommended furniture and storage list with rough dimensions and sourcing ideas • Optional 3D views or renders created in SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent so I can visualise the changes before committing Present everything in a way that a contractor can pick up and execute, including any notes on electrical points or wall treatments where relevant.
