I’m rolling out a series of customer-facing e-commerce sites and need a diligent tester to make sure every shopper’s journey feels smooth and error-free. You’ll work entirely by hand—no automation required—navigating each page on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, then noting anything that feels off. Here’s what I expect: open the site, explore the product catalogue, run product searches, apply filters, create and manage a user account, and finally complete the full checkout flow. Whenever you spot a bug, visual glitch, or confusing interaction, document it clearly (steps to reproduce, screenshots, and your brief notes). Hand those findings back to the dev team, then circle back once a fix ships and confirm the issue is really gone. I welcome newcomers to QA and will provide a short training pack plus live guidance on our preferred reporting template. All you need is a reliable internet connection, up-to-date versions of the three browsers mentioned above, and the patience to comb through every corner of the site until it feels rock solid.
