The idea is to create something like an army of virtual sales assistants powered by artificial intelligence. These “agents” should work 24/7 for our clients just like real expert salespeople. They need to be able to find prospects, send the right personalized messages at the right time, handle objections, follow up automatically, book appointments, and even help close deals. Basically, we’re building what feels like a full sales team for each client — but fully automated and AI-driven. Your role is to set everything up technically and make sure it runs smoothly. You’ll need to build and manage the AI messaging system (WhatsApp, email, Messenger, SMS, etc.), integrate it with each client’s CRM (like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, etc.), and make sure all automations work perfectly. You’ll also create personalized message sequences and follow-up flows for each client depending on their business type — for example, a beauty salon will have different messages than a real estate agent or a dental clinic. The AI should detect when someone hasn’t replied and send an automatic follow-up, or stop messaging once an appointment is booked. Everything needs to be connected to the client’s booking calendar so the AI can automatically schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments. It should also follow up with old clients, recover abandoned carts, promote special offers or events, and basically manage all customer communication automatically. In short, you’ll handle the entire technical side — setup, integrations, automations, message customization, and fixing any technical issues. I need a MVP. After that we can develop more.
