I need a specialist who can configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales so my organisation can hit the ground running and then show our management team how to get the most out of the new environment. Configuration scope The build must cover lead implementation and opportunity management, customer relationship management, quoting & invoicing, plus the forecasting and analytics features that let us set up & track the pipeline end-to-end. The goal is a streamlined, fully connected sales process that feeds accurate data into our reports without manual work-arounds. Training requirements Once the environment is live, I want an advanced user workshop tailored to managers. They should walk away confident in creating dashboards, drilling into pipeline metrics, adjusting forecasts, and monitoring team performance. We are not familiar with basic navigation, so the session should include this as well as looking at higher-level capabilities. Preferred approach • Stage 1 – Discovery: brief call to review our current data structures and any legacy processes that need to migrate. • Stage 2 – Setup & testing: configure the modules listed above, load a small sample dataset, and validate end-to-end flow. • Stage 3 – Training: live virtual workshop (recorded), plus concise step-by-step job aids for future reference. • Stage 4 – Handover: final Q&A and a short period of post-implementation support to resolve any issues that surface in the first week.
