I am migrating a large, highly customised Drupal 7 site—over 100 k nodes—onto Drupal 11 and need someone who can carry the entire build from start to finish within roughly a month. All existing custom modules, API integrations and Geo Google Search functionality must survive the jump, so deep knowledge of Drupal’s module system, entity schema changes and content-migration pipelines is essential. Content migration • 100 k+ nodes, files, users and taxonomies must be exported from D7 and imported cleanly into D11 without data loss, duplicate entries or broken references. • The migration should be fully scriptable (Migrate API / Drush) so I can rerun it if needed. Feature rebuild • Re-implement my bespoke modules in Drupal 11; refactor any obsolete hooks into modern services, plugins or events. • Maintain all existing REST and third-party API connections. • Priority integration is Google Maps (map displays, clustering, geocoding, and distance search). ChatGPT and Claude Code hooks already exist in the D7 codebase—please leave placeholders or port them if time allows. Performance & search • Geo Google Search must deliver fast, location-aware results across the full dataset, using Solr, Elasticsearch or an equivalent you trust for Drupal 11. • Front-end rendering should stay lightweight; caching layers (BigPipe, CDN, etc.) are welcome. Launch criteria 1. All nodes present and visible in Drupal 11. 2. Custom modules and Google Maps features functionally match the current site. 3. No PHP notices, warnings or failed tests on deployment. 4. A repeatable migration script and a concise technical hand-off document.
