Summary We are building a real estate visualisation platform that transforms CAD/BIM and 3D models into high quality visual content for real estate marketing. Our goal is to develop a reliable and scalable visual production pipeline that can generate consistent marketing visuals for real estate projects at scale. We currently have an existing ComfyUI based pipeline and are looking for an experienced diffusion workflow expert to help stabilise, document and further develop this pipeline. What the pipeline needs to deliver - Consistent and predictable visual output across materials, geometry and shape. - Fine grained user control within the workflow so specific parts of an image can be edited or adjusted without restarting the entire process. - High fidelity upscaling and detail enhancement (we already have a solution in place). - Workflows structured in a way that results are reproducible across projects and operators. The long term goal is to build a pipeline that can reliably generate visual assets for different real estate projects, campaign phases and target audiences. Hard skills - Deep experience with ComfyUI or comparable node based diffusion workflow tools. - Strong understanding of diffusion based image generation workflows and how to structure them for consistent output — ideally with a data science background - Ability to evaluate and select suitable base models for specific visualisation tasks in a rapidly evolving ecosystem. - Experience controlling geometry, depth and material behaviour in diffusion pipelines. - Awareness of what high quality architectural visualisation looks like in a Dutch real estate context. - Bonus experience with tools such as Blender, Unreal Engine or other 3D environments. Soft skills - Someone who manages expectations and communicates clearly. - You ask the right questions before diving in. You scope before you build. - You communicate frequently about progress, issues and trade offs. - You think in systems and workflows rather than only producing individual outputs. - You document workflows and decisions so the pipeline becomes transferable and maintainable by multiple operators. - You provide feedback on the product and the workflow rather than simply executing tasks. - You develop a vision on how the visualisation pipeline can evolve over time and help identify practical steps to improve reliability, scalability and output quality. How we start the collaboration We begin with an initial assessment phase on an hourly basis. The goal of this phase is to review the current pipeline together, understand how it works and identify opportunities to stabilise and improve it. If the collaboration proves successful, we move towards a longer term engagement focused on maintaining and further developing the pipeline, incorporating user feedback and expanding the system with new capabilities.
