Daily rhythm: • Check Slack first thing, confirm priorities. • Clear the support queue and tag anything needing escalation. • Update the database and spreadsheets as new data comes in. • Draft, schedule, and monitor social posts, looping me in if a comment needs a management decision. • End-of-day note on Slack summarizing what’s done and anything pending.
