Project Description I am working on a personal interior design project titled EMBRACE, a holistic educational and wellness center designed specifically for girls aged 10–14. The concept focuses on supporting young girls through the transition from childhood to adolescence by creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment that balances learning, self-care, and emotional well-being. I am looking for a skilled and creative designer who can work closely with me throughout the project to help bring this concept to life technically and visually. This is a collaborative process rather than a one-time task, and I’m specifically looking for someone I can work side by side with from early development through final outputs. I already have an existing floor plan, which will be provided at the start of the project. The work will involve developing, refining, and building upon this floor plan to create a cohesive design for both educational and wellness spaces. The scope of work includes: • Working from an existing floor plan provided by me • Assisting with AutoCAD drawings, including refined floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed layouts • Developing accurate 3D models in SketchUp based on the agreed design • Refining spatial flow, proportions, and details while staying true to the EMBRACE vision • Producing high-quality renders that reflect a calm, welcoming, and wellness-focused atmosphere • Translating conceptual ideas into realistic, buildable design outcomes The project includes a mix of educational spaces, wellness areas, quiet retreat zones, and interactive environments, all designed with age-appropriate safety, comfort, and engagement in mind. Timeline: The project is expected to run over approximately three months, with a flexible schedule. I’m looking to start soon and work steadily through design development, modeling, and final visuals. Ideal skills and experience: • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp • Experience with interior design modeling and rendering • Ability to collaborate closely, take feedback, and iterate efficiently • Sensitivity to wellness-based, child-focused, and emotionally driven design concepts Budget: Open to discussion based on experience, scope, and quality of work.
