I run a deck-building company and want to show each homeowner how a deck or roof-covered deck will look on their own home in order to close the sale. Homeowners send me clear photos of the back of their property; I forward those to you. Your task is to blend a roofed covered deck into the scene. I’m looking for quick turnaround not perfection. Roof covered decks usually contain the following: * Ceiling fans (6’ diameter) * Recessed LED lights * Tongue and groove ceiling * 6’x6’ support posts Decks contain the following: * Trex decking in the color Honey Grove * A single picture framed border * 2x10 horizontal support beams with vertical 6x6 support posts spaced 6’ apart Railings contain the following: * Black 4x4 railing posts with 8’ wide maximum span * Black 3/4” square balusters spaced 4” apart * An 11’W x 3/4”H bar top rail around the perimeter of the deck * LED post lights on top of every post Stairs contain the following: * 1-1/2” round LED lights on every riser * Single picture framed stair treads Expect one or two reference shots and from there you work your magic in Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or a similar tool—whatever helps the homeowner to visualize the end product. Note: I will provide the deck shape and dimensions. Deliverables for each home • Two renders (daylight and dusk) from the original backyard viewpoint, with deck integrated • Layered source file for quick color or material tweaks Acceptance criteria • Deck aligns with existing house lines and grade Turnaround of 48 hours per set keeps my sales process moving. When replying, include one before-and-after exterior example and a note on the software you prefer for compositing and rendering
