I want a complete automation platform that can match – or outdo – IIKO in daily service, back-office control and analytics. The system has to cover every venue I run: restaurants, cafés, bars, fast-food counters and even retail corners. Core workflow • Order management must be smooth and real-time across table, counter and delivery sales. • Staff management should let me set roles, shifts and performance tracking from the same dashboard. • Report generation needs to deliver sales, inventory and HR analytics on demand, with export to the usual formats. Language support The entire UI and printouts have to switch between Uzbek, Russian and English without losing data consistency. Tech expectations Whether you choose .NET, Java, Node or another stack, the final build should install easily on standard Windows points-of-sale; cloud or mobile extensions are welcome if they keep speed and offline resilience. Database choice is open (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, etc.) as long as it scales. Acceptance when I can: 1. Reproduce IIKO’s key flows in my test environment. 2. Toggle languages instantly. 3. See clean, drill-down reports for a full trading day. Hand over the compiled application, source code and a short admin manual so my in-house team can keep it running.
