The data currently sits in mixed formats (mainly scanned forms and a few spreadsheets) and must be keyed into the corresponding fields of the system’s web interface. You’ll receive: • Secure login credentials to the database along with a short video walk-through of the entry screens. • Digitised source files organised by batch plus a field-mapping guide so you always know where each value belongs. Deliverables I will use to close the project: 1. All customer records entered and saved in the database with zero empty required fields. 2. A brief completion report highlighting any unclear entries you flagged for review. 3. An export (CSV) generated from the system so I can run a spot-check before sign-off. Familiarity with custom database forms, strong typing skills and strict confidentiality are essential.
