Everything must follow WordPress coding standards, load quickly, and remain fully editable from the admin area. Clean, well-commented PHP, JavaScript, and SCSS files are expected; Gutenberg compatibility and hooks/filters-based architecture are essential so future updates never break. Acceptance criteria • A fully functioning theme or child theme installed on a staging site, pixel-perfect to the supplied Figma/PSD layouts. • Custom plugin(s) packaged in separate folders, activating without errors or warnings. • Code passes WP_DEBUG true, Theme Check, and Plugin Check with no critical issues. • Clear README covering setup steps, assets, and any third-party libraries used.
