I’m looking for an experienced WordPress developer to create a lean, easy-to-maintain admin dashboard that lets my team control the site without ever touching the standard back-end menus. Core needs • Custom reports that pull key metrics from posts, events, memberships and transactions into clear tables and downloadable CSV/Excel files. • User management with role-based permissions, including separate access levels for admins, editors, finance staff and basic contributors. • Front-end content controls so we can edit homepage sections, publish news updates and update forms from a single screen. • Coupon and membership tools to add, edit, renew and track codes and subscriptions. • Event management (create, edit, archive and export guest lists). • Finance area to record and review transactions in one place. • Team & visitor profile manager with import/export to CSV or Excel. Technical notes – Build this as a custom WordPress plugin or a set of modular plugins, not a theme hack. – Keep the UI clean: tabs or cards for each module, AJAX saving where practical. – Follow WordPress coding standards, enqueue assets properly, and avoid hard-coding paths so the plugin stays portable. – The solution must work on the latest stable WP version, PHP 8+, MySQL 5.7+ and common hosting environments. Deliverables 1. Fully functional dashboard plugin(s) installed on a staging site. 2. Source code in a Git repo with clear commit messages. 3. Short Loom/video walkthrough showing how each feature works. 4. One revision round for bug fixes or minor UI tweaks. I’m happy to provide staging credentials, existing theme files and sample data immediately after kickoff. If this first build goes smoothly, there’s scope for ongoing improvements, so please highlight any previous custom dashboard work when you apply.
