Brand_name Reel Builder – Business Analysis Document 1. Project Objective The WooCommerce plugin to be developed for Brand_name Shop will enable customers to create a personalized “reel” consisting of 7 photos. These photos will be linked to the order and can be downloaded or deleted by the admin. 2. Scope - Works with a single WooCommerce product. - Provides 7 image upload fields. - Images are stored in their original quality. - Admin can download the images as a ZIP file and delete them from the order page. 3. User Stories Customer: - Uploads photos for 7 frames. - Views a preview. - Cannot add the product to the cart unless all 7 photos are uploaded. - Places an order; admin can access the images. Admin: - Can download reel images as a ZIP file. - Can delete uploaded images. - Can enable or disable the reel feature from the product edit page. 4. Business Rules - Exactly 7 photos are required. - Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF. - Photos are stored on the server in a token-based folder. - Nonce and MIME-type validation must be implemented for security. 5. Technical Requirements - Compatible with WordPress 6.x and WooCommerce 8.x - Supports PHP 8.2 - Theme: Blocksy - Folder structure includes: includes, assets/js, assets/css 6. UI/UX - Modern and minimalistic. - Matches Brand_name orange (#ff6900). - Responsive and mobile-first design. 7. Admin Panel Functions - Download images as ZIP. - Delete uploaded images. - Product meta option: “Enable Brand_name Reel Builder for this product”. 8. Data Flow Customer uploads 7 photos → saved via AJAX → token generated → token added to cart item meta → once the order is created, photos are attached → admin can download or delete them. 9. Test Scenarios - Upload blocked if fewer than 7 photos. - ZIP file downloads correctly. - Delete function removes the entire image folder. - Mobile responsiveness confirmed. 10. Performance - Original quality preserved. - No unnecessary thumbnails generated. - Optimized upload process for large photos. 11.
