I need a very professional website built for my custom homebuilding company. I will need a simple coming soon landing page right away while the site is being developed. It will have a few informational pages, a simple chat and contact form, and a way to make a deposit (I have payments set up through godaddy) The biggest feature of the site will be the custom home visualizer. I have 6 floor plans that will need to be shown both as 2D images but also in 3D with the ability to "walk through" the home. You should also be able to add certain features to the 3D display like an additional building, driveway, fenced garden, etc. We can do this project in phases: Phase 1: Super simple landing page and sign up for updates form (this week) Phase 2: Full site minus 3D visualizer but with floor plans, contact form, deposit functionality etc Phase 3: Full visualizer/editor and a totally finished site
