The core purpose is to streamline the entire student application process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, with automated communication and role-based access. Key Features Required: 1. Student & Parent Database: A secure form to capture and store detailed information for students and their parents/guardians. Ability to view, edit, and search all student records. 2. Document Management: Functionality for users to upload necessary documents (e.g., transcripts, passports) directly to each student's profile. 3. Automated Communications: Email Templates: System to send automatic emails to students at each stage of their application (e.g., "Application Received," "Application Under Review," "Acceptance Letter Sent").
