I want a 3D-modelled frame guard that slips onto my simple e-dirt-bike frame with perfect fitment once it’s manufactured. You will first replicate the bare frame in CAD, then shape a guard that follows every contour so installation is truly plug-and-play. The look I’m after is smooth and sleek—nothing bulky—yet the piece still has to shield the frame from flying dirt and small impacts. So not to Thick or not to thin. When we’re done I need a ready-to-machine STEP file; that is the only format I’ll accept. Deliverables • Complete 3D model of the existing frame (reference photos and key measurements supplied after award). • Final frame-guard model in native CAD and exported STEP, fully aligned to the frame model for fit-checking. I’ll print or CNC the part myself, so tolerances and wall thicknesses must be production-ready.
