I have a suite of machine-learning algorithms written in Python that predict and optimise RNA constructs. What I now need is a polished desktop application that wraps those models in an intuitive interface so researchers can move seamlessly from sequence idea to ranked, production-ready candidates. Scope • Platforms: the app must run natively on Windows and macOS. • Tech stack: Python is the preferred language; I am open to PySide/PyQt, Kivy, or a similar cross-platform GUI toolkit if you can justify it. • Core features: – Secure user authentication with individual profiles. – Real-time visualisation of folding, stability scores and other model outputs. – Automated report generation (PDF/HTML) capturing parameters, plots and final recommendations. You will connect the existing Python models to the UI layer, design a clean UX workflow (load data → configure run → visualise → export), and package everything into installers for both operating systems.
