I have an existing marketplace on Sharetribe Go: https://app.buymyeggs.com I love the simplicity of Sharetribe Go, but I want something more customizable. I want to keep the same functionality of Sharetribe Go for this phase of my project: 1. Maintain similar user sign up experience, and allow Google authorize sign on. 2. Users can create listings for eggs, using same categories as today. 3. Users search for eggs by location. They enter an address (verified with Google Places). 4. Users can view either a list of results or see results on a map. Ideally the map doesn't allow detailed zoom, so the sellers exact location is hidden. 5. There is no sign on needed to browse eggs, but users must sign in to send a message to a seller. Transaction flow: 1. When users click 'buy eggs', they are given the option to message the seller inside the platform. 2. Sellers receive an email when a buyer requests to make a purchase. 3. Sellers login to their dashboard and respond to messages. FUTURE ENHANCEMENTS (not this project): Once I migrate my existing listings to the Bubble app, I plan to have a future project to add the following enhancements: - Enable SMS text notification to sellers - Allow a paid subscription option for premium users - Premium users can accept credit cards with Stripe or Paypal. - Premium users can manage inventory on their dashboard. - Automated product feed via API to Google Merchant
