Driver App Live GPS & Routing: Real-time location sharing (visible to customer/dispatcher) with built-in, traffic-aware route optimization. Scalability Note: Architecture must support future Job Alert functionality. Technology Stack: Native (Swift/Kotlin) or high-performance cross-platform (Flutter/React Native) with proven stability for GPS and background services. Backend: Single, robust backend providing secure APIs, push notification hooks, and a comprehensive Admin Panel for job assignment, real-time vehicle monitoring, and payout management. Mapping: Integration with Google Maps SDK for geolocation and routing. Deliverables: Clean, Figma-ready UI hand-offs and platform-compliant release packages for the App Store/Play Console. Customer can successfully order, pay, and track the courier live to drop-off. Driver can receive the job, follow the optimized route, share live GPS, and mark job completion. All transactions and job events are instantly updated in the Admin Dashboard and customer's order history. Apps are App Store/Play Console compliant and perform smoothly on current OS versions.
