Key considerations – The current tech stack isn’t fixed in stone; if you can work within what we have, great, but I’m open to moving to WordPress, a lightweight HTML/CSS build, or another practical solution you suggest. – Accessibility and clean code matter—please follow best practices (WCAG, semantic HTML, compressed assets). – I’ll need a walkthrough or short hand-off document so my team can update job posts in-house. Deliverables 1. Figma (or similar) design mock-ups for approval. 2. Fully implemented site, live on our domain. 3. Admin guide covering how to add, edit, and archive vacancies. 4. 30-day post-launch support to squash any unforeseen bugs.
