Project Overview: I’m looking for a modern contemporary elevation design for my G+1 (Ground + First Floor) house, which is North-East facing. The house structure is already constructed (photos attached along with floor plans), and only the elevation (facade design) needs to be developed. The goal is to create a clean, elegant, and balanced exterior that maximizes light, openness, and aesthetics. Key Requirements: • Create a contemporary elevation design with smooth, modern lines — avoid boxy shapes, squares, or rectangular blocks. • Incorporate large windows for openness and natural lighting. • Use wooden cladding and a mixed color/material palette for a warm, modern look. • Keep the North-East side relatively more open for light and ventilation. • The staircase (on the North side) should be covered but ventilated, using an MS sheet with CNC-cut pattern for design and airflow. • Use MS iron railings only for balconies, terraces, and stairs. • Provide elevation views for all four sides (North, South, East, and West). • For the South and West sides, the elevation can be achieved through paint texturing only — no new construction or structural changes required. • Deliver high-quality rendered images only (no video needed). Deliverabls: • Updated 2D architectural drawings (AutoCAD or similar editable format). • High-quality 3D rendered images for all sides (front, rear, and sides). • Suggested color and material palette with finish and texture recommendations. Ideal Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in contemporary residential elevation design. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or 3ds Max. • Strong understanding of orientation, ventilation, proportion, and materials. • Portfolio showcasing similar G+1 or modern residential projects.
