The solution must be simple enough for foremen and site engineers to update yet detailed enough for leadership to see slippage at a glance. Key acceptance criteria 1. A template or system that lets me enter multiple projects and instantly see each one’s critical milestones. 2. Automatic flagging when any milestone slips beyond its baseline. 3. One-click export of a weekly PDF or PowerPoint snapshot. We currently focus only on timelines; tracking budgets or resources may be added later, so design with light scalability in mind.
