It will have two user types: Construction Workers Labour Hire Companies The core of the app will be map-based — job posts will be displayed on a map, and workers will be able to search and apply for work by location. Monetisation Workers will have both free and paid subscription options. Labour hire companies will pay to advertise and hire through the app. Worker Features Create a detailed profile including trade, qualifications, licences, skills, and a personal bio. Ability to upload a résumé. Search and apply for jobs via map-based listings. Labour Hire Company Features Create a company profile and post job listings. When posting a job, select: trade, required licences/skills, length of job, schedule of rates, and job description. View applications sorted by best match (based on profile/job criteria compatibility). Offer jobs and access worker information once the hire is confirmed
