Job Title: Full Stack Web App Overhaul Overview We have an MVP web application already built and working. We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to overhaul the product, improve UI/UX, fix bugs, and add new features on both the frontend and backend. High Level Scope of Work 1. Landing Page Design + implement a modern, responsive landing page Clear sections for product overview, features, CTA, and contact 2. UI/UX Improvements (Existing App) Improve layout consistency, spacing, typography, and responsiveness Upgrade user flows for key actions (login/signup, navigation, core workflows) Create/refresh reusable UI components for a cleaner design system 3. Bug Fixes Across the Product Identify, prioritize, and resolve existing bugs Improve stability, validation, error handling, and edge-case behavior Provide a short bug-fix report 4. Admin Management System Build an admin dashboard to manage users and projects Admin can track which user is working on which project Features could include: assign/unassign employees, project status, filters/search, basic reporting 5. Third-Party API Integration (Backend) Integrate specified third-party APIs into the backend Secure authentication, rate-limit handling, retries, logging Expose the integration to the frontend via clean endpoints/services 6. Custom Frontend + Backend Enhancements Add new screens, endpoints, workflows as needed Ensure scalable structure and clean code organization 7. Payment Gateway Integration Add payment gateway to the existing app (Stripe/PayPal/Razorpay, etc. — to be confirmed) Webhooks handling, payment status tracking, and UI updates for users Basic security best practices around payments Deliverables Updated web app (frontend + backend) with all scope items implemented Clean, documented code with clear setup steps Admin management system fully functional Payment flow end-to-end tested (including webhook handling) Test coverage (unit/integration) Deployment support or handoff notes Expectations Strong communication and ability to work with an existing codebase Ability to propose better UX options where needed Progress updates (or milestone-based updates) Git-based workflow with PRs or clear commit history Required Skills Full stack web development experience (frontend + backend) Experience improving UI/UX in existing apps Experience building dashboards / internal tools Experience integrating third-party APIs Experience integrating payment gateways (and webhooks) Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices Tech Stack Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, React, Typescript, Tailwind CSS
