Scope of Work: Compact 1BHK Apartment (Approx. 300 sq. ft.) – For Rental Use Target Audience: Single professionals or small families. Requirement: Smart, space-efficient design with modular furniture, easy maintenance finishes, and modern aesthetics. Deliverables: Floor and furniture layout, wall and ceiling design, color palette, lighting plan, basic electrical and plumbing drawings, and material selection. Timeline: Not more than 3 weeks from project initiation. Combined 2BHK Apartment (Approx. 600 sq. ft.) – For Self-Occupation Requirement: Integration of two adjoining 1BHK units into a cohesive, comfortable 2BHK layout with warm, elegant interiors suited for long-term living. Deliverables: Space planning, mood boards, 3D visualizations, detailed furnishing concept, lighting and décor plan, furniture and electrical layouts. 1 Bedroom Ensuite + Lounge + Terrace Area (Approx. 600 sq. ft. covered + 600 sq. ft. terrace) – For Short-Term Rentals Requirement: Boutique-style interiors with functional luxury and an inviting terrace space including attractive seating, greenery, and ambient lighting. Deliverables: Interior and terrace design concept, 3D renders, detailed drawings (furniture, electrical, plumbing), and outdoor furniture and décor recommendations. General Requirements: Budget-conscious design strategies with approximate cost estimates. Preference for contemporary, minimal, or modern-Indian design themes. Modular furniture and smart storage solutions. Full design documentation for execution by local contractors. Deliverables: Concept presentations and mood boards. AutoCAD or SketchUp floor plans and elevations. Detailed furniture drawings and layouts. Basic electrical and plumbing drawings for all spaces. High-quality 3D visualizations. Lighting and material specifications. Furniture and décor recommendations. Timeline: 1BHK: Not more than 3 weeks from project start. 2BHK and Terrace Unit: Remaining designs to be completed within an overall duration of 4–6 weeks. Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience. Expertise in residential and space-efficient design. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar). Strong documentation and presentation skills. Designers based in the Delhi-NCR region only.
