Bid inclusively for a full workbook template at scale (not per page/design). Master PowerPoint Template (UEC OnStage) A master presentation file for MS PowerPoint (.pptx) containing at least 12 core slide layouts (cover, agenda, section header, standard content, quote, imagery, data chart, call-to-action, and summary) Designed for maximum flexibility and reuse for all UEC events, with brand colors, fonts, logo, and guidance notes embedded Copy/content for the sample deck provided; design/branding is your focus Final product will be a master slide template, easily re-customizable by the UEC team for new events/presentations Scope Clarifications: All source copy, full content, logos, color palettes, and font files provided immediately upon award. All necessary layout details, brand rules, and graphic requirements are embedded in source docs and assets. You will not be responsible for content writing or research—purely design, layout, and template build-out. You will receive the complete Integration Playbook source doc after award and should bid on the full implementation regardless of final page count, up to the described scope. The final deliverable is three fully editable, best-practice templates for reuse by our internal team. Expectations: End-to-end design process, including two rounds of feedback/revisions (to be included in your quote—no change order fees for reasonable requested refinements). Strict adherence to UEC brand guidelines, file organization, and template reusability standards. Delivery of all original files (Word, PowerPoint, and any supporting Adobe assets). Delivery deadline: [insert exact date—end of this week]. How to Quote: Please provide a fixed, all-inclusive bid for completing all three deliverables, incorporating all copy, feedback cycles, and expected project reviews. Portfolio of similar B2B/consulting template and document design work required with your application. Brief description of your approach to fixed-bid projects of this type, including process and communication standards. Note: Proposals should assume a high-caliber professional project, with quality and attention to detail expected in both design and client communication. Clarity of scope and up-front delivery requirements mitigate ambiguity and “scope creep” risks. Change order fees will not be considered unless UEC requests material scope increases beyond what is described above.
