I need precise orthographic 2-D elevations for a commercial building currently in design. The scope is limited to the exterior façades only—no floor plans or sections at this stage. Specifically, I’m after clean, well-detailed front and side elevations that can drop straight into our permit and tender packages. You’ll receive my sketch layout, reference photos and key dimensions the moment we start. From there I’m looking for: • Front elevation, fully annotated and to scale • Side elevation, matching style and scale Both drawings must read clearly at 1 : 100 (or similar) and follow standard line-weight conventions so the contractor can lift dimensions without confusion. Please supply the final files in an editable CAD format along with print-ready PDFs.
