The core sequence must: • Start with a smooth geo-zoom: Oman → Muscat → project location t → the exact plot, using an angled oblique aerial view for context. • Mark entrances and exits clearly during the fly-through. • Design 3D images for the commercial site (shops, trees, roads as per the attached layout) • Ease into a basic 3D massing shot that feels modern and minimal—clean glass façades, light shading canopies, neutral tones—while specifically drawing the eye to the building façades. • Flow with modern–minimal transitions: clean motion, no gimmicks. Scope is intentionally lean: a short cinematic cut (≈30–60 sec), draft-level massing geometry, and light text labels. Deliverables 1. Final video in 1080p (H.264) plus a square or vertical crop for social. 2. Project files and reusable assets (camera paths, textures, source renders) so I can re-export or tweak in the future. Keep file sizes reasonable and organise layers for quick edits. If you work in After Effects, Premiere, Blender, or similar, include the versions used in a read-me. Timing is flexible within 3 days after award. Clear communication and a short preview cut midway will be key to staying on track.
