I’ve built a simple Carrd site at propertyhostibiza.com for my new property-management and concierge service in Ibiza. Now I’d like it polished into a modern, clean single-page experience that feels organised yet minimal. Here’s what I need done: • Restructure the page into clear, scroll-friendly blocks: 2–3 dedicated sections for each property I manage or represent, a standalone concierge-services section, the existing contact form, and my embedded iCal availability calendar. • Populate each property block with the essentials visitors care about—key features and amenities, “prices from / to” ranges, and a gallery of more than ten images. Images are ready; I just need them laid out so they load fast and look sharp on mobile and desktop. • Keep the look consistent with a modern, clean theme: ample white space, readable typography, subtle accent colours that match the Ibiza vibe. Working on the same colour scheme that exists on the site. • Light on functionality, heavy on presentation. No booking engine required—this is strictly an informational showcase. They can click on a link which will deliver them the booking form which is a jotform link • On-page SEO basics: thoughtful headings, alt text, meta titles/descriptions, and tidy URL anchors so Google can understand each property and service section. Carrd is already connected to my custom domain, so I’ll hand over account access. I’m happy to supply all copy, price ranges, and images; your role is design, layout, and light SEO tuning.
