I’m building a scale-accurate wide-body kit for the C7 Corvette and need a clean, watertight 3D model that I can send straight to the printer. The kit consists of wider front fenders, wider rear quarter panels, a lower rocker panel/side-skirt that tucks under the doors, plus front and rear bumper flares that will be molded onto the factory front and rear bumpers. I work in Blender, so the final file should open natively there (BLEND) along with export-ready STL or OBJ. No elaborate textures are required—just smooth, print-ready geometry with the proper wall thickness and tolerances for FDM or resin printing. Key points • Scaled precisely to the OEM C7 body so each part lines up once printed • Separate meshes for each component (fenders, quarters, skirts, front/rear flares) to allow individual printing • Clean topology, no non-manifold edges, watertight, and oriented for easy slicing • Subtle surface transitions where flares meet the stock bumpers to minimize post-processing • Will need to bring out the areas for the side marker lights as well on front and rear bumper flares I’ll supply reference photos and factory body measurements the moment we start. If you have experience designing print-ready automotive body parts in Blender, let’s get this wide-body on the road—or at least on the build plate—quickly.
