I’m steering the build-out of a gym-management and fitness-tracking SaaS that covers membership management plus personal-training and workout-tracking modules. The product will roll out simultaneously on Web, iOS and Android, and must serve three clear roles—Admin, Trainer and Member—right from day one. Your primary focus is to turn high-level feature ideas into crystal-clear user stories with acceptance criteria, keep them moving through design and development, and then verify the finished work. Day to day you’ll sit with me to refine requirements, document every task for the developers, and stay on top of the board until each story meets its definition of done. Once code is ready, you’ll hit the APIs in Postman, run functional UI passes on all platforms, probe the backend logic, and sign off only when every box is ticked. Deliverables I expect: • A groomed backlog of user stories and subtasks • Complete test cases and edge-case checklists • Defect logs with reproduction steps and screenshots • Final sign-off reports per sprint or release Send over examples of requirements documents or test suites you’ve authored for comparable SaaS products—bonus points if they touch fitness, multi-platform delivery, or complex role permissions.
