Plumbing Layouts: Precise routing for water supply and drainage, including isometric views of wet areas for clarity. HVAC Layouts: Detailed ductwork or unit placement designed for optimal thermal comfort and energy efficiency. Phase III: Finishes & Technical Schedules Elevation Designing: Aesthetic and structural views of the building exterior/interior, defining materials, textures, and heights. Flooring Layouts: Patterning, material specifications, and transition details for all floor surfaces. Door & Window Schedules: Technical layouts specifying dimensions, materials, hardware, and glazing requirements for every opening in the structure
