I’m putting together a scalable, AI-driven framework that researches leads, enriches their data, and then nurtures them automatically through email sequences. The system must work off two separate data feeds—one internal, one external—and serve several client accounts simultaneously without being locked to a single CRM. Today we rely on HubSpot and Zoho CRM, so clean bi-directional syncing with both is essential, but the architecture should stay open enough that we can bolt on Salesforce or any other tool later without a rewrite. Here’s what I need built: • A data pipeline that pulls raw lead information from the two feeds, runs enrichment (company details, social signals, tech stack, etc.), deduplicates across clients, and scores each contact for nurture priority. • An automation engine that drops those contacts into dynamic email sequences, adjusts messaging and cadence according to engagement signals, and stops or diverts the sequence when a lead responds. • Seamless syncing of every status change back to HubSpot and Zoho CRM so client sales teams always see the latest touchpoint history. • A simple dashboard or set of API endpoints that show pipeline health, sequence performance, and error logs so I can scale confidently across new client accounts. You’re free to choose the tech—Python, Node.js, Zapier, Make, custom AWS Lambdas, or any combination—so long as it stays maintainable and modular. Acceptance criteria are straightforward: leads must land in the correct CRM lists within 15 minutes of feed arrival, nurture emails must trigger according to the defined logic, and engagement updates must reflect in both CRMs with no duplication.
