Build Idea Trading Platform

I’m ready to turn a long-held vision into reality: an online marketplace where private individuals can openly share their ideas, protect them as intellectual property, and either attract investment or sell the rights outright. The platform must serve two primary user roles—아이디어 제공자(idea providers) and 투자자(investors). Providers need a smooth flow to register, upload their concepts, attach pitch decks or prototypes, set a desired valuation, and decide whether they are looking for investment, an outright sale, or both. Investors, on the other hand, should be able to browse or search listings, review restricted preview material, commit funds, or complete a purchase in just a few clicks. Because every listing represents valuable IP, copyright protection features are critical. I’ll need automated NDA click-throughs before sensitive files are revealed, server-side watermarking or view-only previews, and a clear chain-of-title log for each transaction. Once a deal is struck, the system must generate purchase or investment contracts on the fly and store them securely. A built-in escrow or milestone payment engine is also essential so that funds sit safely until all contractual conditions are met. After completion, both parties should see royalty splits or equity stakes reflected in their dashboards, with options to track revenue over time. Technology is flexible—modern stacks such as React + Node, Vue + Laravel, or Django would all work, as long as the codebase is modular and well documented for future expansion (I may later add a ‘사업자’ business-operator role). Deliverables I expect: • Wireframes that map the full user journey for providers and investors • A responsive web MVP covering sign-up, idea listing, investment/purchase workflow, IP safeguards, and admin controls • Source code in a private repo, deployment docs, and an API reference for future mobile apps If you’ve built secure marketplaces, crowdfunding portals, or IP management tools before, I’d love to see your approach and timeline.
