I’m refreshing a compact boxing studio and need an interior designer who can also supply a realistic 3-dimensional render of the final concept. The main zone is the training floor, but I’d like the adjoining waiting lounge to flow visually from it so members feel the same energy the moment they step inside. There is a wall-size window in one of the corners of the gym that would expose the sunlight in the morning and provide a soft city light in the evening. Atmosphere Picture a vintage, red-brick–and-mortar warehouse, softened by a few pockets of greenery to break up the raw edges. I want it to feel like a modern martial arts Dojo that would feel very relaxing and inviting at the same time it would stay true the core and essence of martial arts.Think exposed textures, muted industrial lighting, and accents that feels like a blend of old-school boxing and eastern martial arts culture without feeling dated. Functional highlights • Training area laid out around multiple hanging punching bags and a section for strength-and-conditioning equipment. • No full-size ring required right now, yet the floor plan should allow for one to be added later without major demolition. • Lounge seating where members can stretch, wait for class, or chat with coaches—same brick backdrop, but warmed up with wood and subtle plant life and it would include a TV to watch sports events. What I need from you 1. A space plan that shows clear flow between the training zone and lounge, including equipment placement and circulation paths. 2. Material and colour specifications so I can source finishes locally. 3. High-resolution 3D renders (minimum two angles per area) that capture the vintage brick vibe, industrial fixtures, greenery, and overall lighting mood. 4. A short PDF or image board summarising key furniture, fittings, and décor references. 5. We will rent out a space in the gym for a coffee shop to provide services for the trainees. I provided s picture of the general concept that I have in mind for the concept design. I’ll provide room dimensions, existing photos, and any brand guidelines as soon as we kick off. If you usually work in SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit, just let me know—file compatibility isn’t an issue for me. The winning concept will balance gritty authenticity with welcoming comfort, and the visuals should be crisp enough for marketing use.
