We are looking for a highly experienced Bitrix24 specialist (sub-contractor) to implement a two-stage Bitrix24 project together with us, including concept, setup and proper technical documentation. The project can start immediately once the collaboration is agreed. Project Goal Bitrix24 will become the central platform for several clients/companies. First, we create a blueprint for one pilot client and then roll this blueprint out to at least three companies/branches – with a clear option for an On-Premise setup in the EU. Phase 1 – Blueprint (Pilot Client) In Phase 1, under our project management, you will set up a fully working Bitrix24 instance for a pilot client: complete CRM structure (leads, deals, contacts, companies, products/items), project and time management with end-to-end cost calculation: pre-calculation (planned project budget), ongoing cost tracking (time, materials, external costs), post-calculation (actual vs. planned), warehouse and stock management with bin locations and linking materials/items to projects, a detailed role and permission model that can later be reused for additional companies/branches, an internal knowledge base (work instructions, catalogues, technical docs) linked to projects, customers and items, use of Bitrix24 APIs, sales tools and marketplace apps where appropriate, GDPR-oriented configuration and EU hosting, comprehensive step-by-step documentation of all relevant settings, structures and workflows so the setup can serve as a reusable blueprint. Data exports and business requirements will be provided and agreed step by step by us. The freelancer should be able to jump in quickly and start implementation without a long onboarding phase. Phase 2 – Multi-Company & On-Premise (same overall project) Based on this blueprint, Phase 2 will: implement a multi-company structure for at least three independent companies/branches within one Bitrix24 instance (separate pipelines, data separation, permissions), and, depending on your expertise: either set up a new Bitrix24 On-Premise installation in the EU and migrate structures/data from Phase 1, or gradually migrate the existing cloud setup to On-Premise, optionally add further integrations, such as: MDM / product data system (e.g. Pimcore or similar), automation with n8n, AI-based workflows (text, translation, summarization), e-invoicing (e.g. ZUGFeRD, X Invoice) as far as feasible with Bitrix24 and add-on tools. The overall project explicitly includes both phases; implementation and billing can be split into two stages if needed, without re-negotiating the base contract. Additional requirements can be discussed and incorporated during the project.
