Request for Engineering Firms to Design, Build & Install Biometric Attendance Systems (Hardware & Integration) Project Description We are seeking qualified engineering companies or biometric solution providers to design, build, supply, and install biometric attendance systems to be integrated with a centralized workforce monitoring software platform. The solution will be deployed across multiple public institutions (health facilities) and must support secure, reliable, and scalable biometric data capture for attendance monitoring and governance purposes. This is an institutional-level project. We are specifically interested in companies with proven capacity to deliver end-to-end biometric systems, including hardware engineering, deployment, and on-site installation.
