Scope • Configure Bigin CRM through the standard 12-step onboarding flow. • Add the custom fields I’ve outlined—text boxes, dropdown menus and date pickers—so every lead and deal captures exactly the data we track today. • Build three core workflow automations: – Lead assignment to the right counsellor, – Immediate email notifications, – Automatic task creation (with room to hook into WhatsApp for alerts). • Set up at-a-glance custom dashboards for pipeline health and fee collection. • Complete the 20 key steps I’ve documented for Zoho Books so invoices, payment reminders and basic GST settings are in place. • Connect Bigin and Zoho Books so contacts, deals and invoices sync seamlessly in the background. Deliverables 1. Working Bigin CRM instance with our custom fields, dashboards and workflows active. 2. Zoho Books account configured per my checklist. 3. One-way or two-way integration running between the two apps (whichever is feasible with standard connectors). 4. A concise hand-off guide showing the steps you took and how I can tweak them later.
