Core user-side flow • Visitors register or sign in, complete a loan application form, and later log back in to check status or update their profile. • Data is stored securely in a database of your choice; I’m fine with PHP/MySQL, Node/Express, Django, or another lightweight stack you’re comfortable with. Admin panel (admin only) • View every submitted application with key details at a glance. • Approve, reject, or mark applications pending. • Search, filter, and export data (CSV is enough). • Manage user accounts—basic edits, deactivate/reactivate. Because the overall budget is a tight 4 K, I want the build kept lean: no unnecessary modules, plugins, or design extras.
