Before the event you will translate my concept into a standard 3 × 3 m booth layout, source graphics printing, rental counters and lighting, and deal directly with the organiser and local contractors so everything is installed exactly to spec the day before opening. AutoCAD, SketchUp or any similar tool is fine as long as I receive clear drawings and a material list I can sign off remotely. During the show I need hands-on, English-speaking on-site support: arriving early to check the space each morning, troubleshooting with the hall technicians, greeting visitors when I am in meetings, collecting contact details, and keeping the stand tidy. A friendly attitude and basic product-explanation skills are important; I will provide a short brief and FAQs well in advance. Outside show hours I would also appreciate light city guidance—help selecting reliable print shops, sourcing small items last minute, and navigating transport or dinner venues. I see this as the first step in a longer collaboration across future Southeast-Asian events, so reliability and clear communication matter more than the cheapest price.
