Automated Weighment & Control System (AWCS) – Web + Mobile App Development (Hyderabad Only) Project Description We are looking for a Hyderabad-based freelancer or small team to develop an Automated Weighment and Control System (AWCS) that integrates digital weighing hardware with Web and Mobile applications. Only freelancers currently living in Hyderabad are preferred, as occasional in-person discussions and testing with hardware may be required. Scope of Work 1. Hardware Integration Integration with digital weighing scale Light tower indicators: Green – correct weight Yellow – underweight Red – overweight Buzzer alert for under/overweight Block further readings until Ratify / Cancel action 2. Mobile Application Role-based login (Admin / Supervisor) Live weighing screen showing: Current weight Target, min, max limits Weight status (correct / under / over) Ratify or Cancel packet Recent weights and statistics Device-to-batch assignment 3. Web Application Secure login and user roles Batch management: Create and configure batches Assign devices Real-time batch progress Dashboard for live monitoring Device management 4. Reports & Analytics Filterable reports by date, batch, brand, and device Metrics including: Planned vs packed packets Correct, underweight, overweight, canceled Defect percentage Brand-wise summary Export reports in PDF / Excel format 5.
