I’m advancing a new passenger-car concept and need a designer who can take ownership of two key areas: the full exterior styling and a fresh dashboard/controls layout. For the exterior, I want refined surface development that balances aerodynamics with bold character lines, including lighting signatures, wheel-arch treatment, and trim details ready for Class-A surfacing. On the inside, the brief is focused specifically on the dashboard and driver-interface: instrument panel geometry, center stack, screen surrounds, switchgear placement, and the integration points for all electrical harnesses and HVAC ducting that live behind the fascia. You’ll ideally work natively in software such as Alias, CATIA, SolidWorks or similar, and provide STEP/IGES exports for my engineering team. Because the HVAC and electrical packaging feed directly off your design, I’ll rely on you to respect minimum clearances, attachment points and airflow paths that I’ll supply as reference CAD. Deliverables • Concept sketches and mood renders for exterior and dash (2 rounds of review) • Final 3D CAD surfacing files for both areas, production-tolerant and parametric • Basic package drawings highlighting HVAC duct routing and major electrical connectors behind the IP • High-resolution exterior hero renders (front, rear, side, ¾ views) suitable for presentations I’m ready to start immediately and will be available daily for feedback to keep iterations quick. If you’ve shipped automotive designs before—especially where styling meets packaging—I’d love to see a few relevant samples in your bid.
