I am looking for a freelancer to build a fully automated, cloud-based food and beverage stock management system within the Microsoft 365 environment. The goal is to have one central spreadsheet that automatically tracks sales, purchases, usage, stock on hand, variance, and reordering requirements. This system must run with no manual data entry. What the system must do 1. Automatically import sales from my POS (SENPOS) Sales data must flow directly into the spreadsheet system, update usage, stock movements and help determine reorder needs. 2. Automatically import purchase data Invoices or purchase exports must automatically enter the system and adjust stock levels and usage calculations. 3. Maintain accurate stock tracking The system must calculate and display: Sales Usage Stock on hand (projected and actual) Variances between expected and actual Shrinkage or wastage indicators 4. Provide a complete reordering process The system needs to: Show what items need reordering Suggest order quantities based on sales, usage and supplier rules Group items by supplier Incorporate supplier ordering days and delivery times Highlight urgent or low-stock items Manage which suppliers supply which products 5. Be fully cloud-compatible in Microsoft The entire solution must work inside the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including OneDrive or SharePoint. It must be fully functional for multiple staff using cloud-based Excel. Technical requirements Must be built in Microsoft Excel (365 online compatible) Must not use VBA or Macros Must rely only on Excel formulas, Power Automate, PowerQuery or other Microsoft-native tools Must be reliable and easy to use with a clean layout Deliverables A complete automated spreadsheet system Automated flows for importing sales and purchase data Reordering dashboard Usage and variance reporting Supplier ordering logic Documentation or short guide explaining how to use it
