I need a straightforward web-based guest enquiry form using MERN stack, and a backup on gmail for data security. The form itself stays simple and static, collecting: • Name • Email • Contact Number • Check-in Date • Check-out Date • Total Rooms Required • Type of Room Required • Meal Plans (from Day 1 to Day 5) • Safaris (from Day 1 to Day 5) • Pickup (Yes/No) •Pickup Details • Additional Comments / Preferences Only the required-field validation is necessary (no conditional logic or email pattern checks beyond what browsers provide). Inside the same spreadsheet, a second tab must automatically read each new entry, match the enteries against my existing rate card, calculate the final bill, and then populate an invoice template ready for download or email. A light Google Apps Script or equivalent no-code automation is fine, as long as the process is hands-off once it’s set up. Deliverables: 1. The rate card will be shared which will be used by the form to take prices from, please ensure the form takes values as they update going forward. 1. Web form embedded or shareable via link, styled in light and dark blue. 2. Google Sheet with two tabs: “Responses” and “Billing + Invoice” for backup and same with Mongodb 3. Script/automation that performs rate lookup, calculation, and fills the invoice template on every new submission. 4. Clear hand-over notes so I can adjust rates or add services later.
