The client is a coach who offers mentoring and job search courses, using a website developed in WordPress with Elementor. The main objective is to automate two fundamental processes: 1. Automatic PDF delivery: When a user enrolls and completes payment for a course, a system must be configured to automatically send them a PDF document with the "terms of service" to their email. 2. Creation of tracking tables in Notion: An automation, preferably using N8N, needs to be configured to create a custom tracking table in Notion for each new user. This table will serve as a pre-configured spreadsheet so the user can track their job application process. It is essential that each user has their own pre-structured table ready to use. The freelancer should have experience with cross-platform integrations, WordPress and Elementor management, and knowledge of automation tools such as N8N, as well as configuring databases or tables in Notion.
