Hello, I am looking for a developer to create a platform/web app for Astra Transport members. The idea is to have a complete fleet and company management system, accessible on both desktop and mobile devices. Main Features: Company and Employee Accounts: Company data: Tax ID (CUI), Articles of Association, Administrator ID, Transport Manager ( with adding pic/doc ) Employees: separate accounts, individual login, roles and permissions defined by the company manager Each company manager can limit what their dispatchers can see, but we, as Astra founders, must have full access to all member companies Trucks and Trailers: Full details: registration certificate, RCA (insurance), CASCO, leasing, licenses, tachograph, tires with km at purchase Service history: date, service location, invoice photo, performed interventions Compliant documents: licenses, RCA, CASCO, leasing, tachograph, etc. Each truck/trailer can have all information centralized, including auto parts suppliers, dealers, and fuel cards used by the company Notifications and Automatic Alerts: For expirations: RCA, CASCO, leasing, installments, ITP, tachograph, revisions, etc. Notification schedule: 3 months, 2 months, 1 month before expiration; then from 2 weeks before, every 3 days until expiration Integration with Telegram groups to send notifications and alerts to specific accounts Administration and Reports: Ability to quickly extract reports: total number of trucks, trucks without fuel cards, trucks without RCA, etc. Export reports to Excel and PDF And of course to have a security . I need full ownership of the source code. The system should be a web application that works on desktop and mobile browsers ( apple store & play store ) The platform may grow to hundreds of transport companies and thousands of trucks. can you use framework ready ? Laravel , Node.js , Django ,Firebase , etc ? I do not want a very complex or expensive application at first. I am looking for a functional MVP (Minimal Viable Product) that can be extended later. I welcome suggestions on the best technical approach and an estimated cost for the initial version.
