Project Description – Artistic 3D Model Redesign Project Overview We are looking for an experienced 3D designer / CAD specialist to artistically redesign an existing 3D volume model. The outer geometry is already defined and will be provided as a STEP file. The task focuses on transforming the internal structure of the model into an organic, root-like lattice structure, while maintaining technical feasibility for 3D printing. Key Requirements Redesign the internal geometry only Create an organic, root-inspired lattice structure inside the given outer volume Provide defined space / cavities for three metallic components located in the core Ensure the design is structurally coherent and printable Input Provided Existing 3D solid model (STEP format) Deliverables Final 3D model as STEP or STL File must be suitable for internal 3D printing workflows Preferred Skills Strong experience with CAD / 3D modeling Experience with organic or lattice structures (e.g. generative design, sculptural CAD, Voronoi / gyroid-type structures) Understanding of design for additive manufacturing Ability to balance aesthetic design and technical constraints Notes This is a design-focused task with an artistic character, not a functional product redesign Clear communication and iteration capability are expected
