Perfect, I’ll add a Focus session before and a break afterward.” 3. Automatic Rescheduling Activated as soon as the user changes their schedule. “Kai, my class got canceled.” → The AI automatically readjusts the day. This maintains balance without the user having to reconfigure everything. 2. Organization & Focus (Daily phase) 4. Focus Mode (Individual Pomodoro) Used several times a day. Complete blocking of distractions for the chosen duration (e.g., 50 minutes). The AI manages the Focus/Break cycles. During breaks, Kai can suggest short activities (stretching, breathing, etc.). 5.
